THE POSITION

Within BI you will get an overview of the GBS-Legal & Compliance Department with a focus on the tasks and responsibilities of particular L&C workstreams. You should be qualified to independently contribute to the daily run-mode activities as further specified in this plan. You will be able to support our L&C team in daily tasks, learn how to use different tools and systems and process various administrative tasks.

The start of the paid internship is planned for July 2023 and the duration is 6 months on-site in Wroclaw.
After the successful internship there is a possibility to extend the contract for permanent role.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Analysis, review, negotiating and administrative support related to agreements from the data protection area
• Support the monitoring and analysis of risk exposure across the third party portfolio in line with BI’s risk appetite
• Registration and renewal of trademark portfolio
• General administration of the documents and processing of payments
• Review and negotiating the Non Disclosure Agreement Contracts
• Advisory to our business regarding Non Disclosure Agreement Contracts’ procedure and legal aspects

About a future BI intern:

You should speak English (min. B2) and have the willingness to learn on the job.

Additionally, we are looking for:

• Students or graduates interested in the field of Compliance/Law
• Proactivity with time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills with high level of reliability and confidentiality
• Distinct empathy, team spirit and service-oriented mindset
• Existing experience in a professional business environment, e.g., previous internships or relevant student work is a plus
• Knowledge of MS Office
