Are you an Automation Engineer who knows how to lead, has strong experience with 3D modelling software and can code to create automation pipelines?
We’re in search of an experienced and innovative Head of 3D Automation to join & lead an expert team, spearhead change, bring valuable expertise to innovative projects and shape the direction of our team!

As a key figure within this kick-ass company, you will be a leading voice in how they continue to transform the way unbuilt properties are showcased by empowering architectural visualisation studios worldwide with the latest advancements in AR and VR technology.

What you’ll be doing:-
  • Hands-on Design, develop, and oversee the implementation of 3D automation workflows (Ideally in 3DS Max).
  • You’ll be entrusted with the critical task of transforming the workflows, taking the lead in optimising the processes of importing, processing and exporting a diverse array of 3D file formats.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, efficiency gains, and automation.
  • Provide mentorship, coaching, and professional development opportunities to support growth and career progression.
  • Recruit, onboard, and retain top talent.
  • Lead and collaborate closely with our development team and spearheading optimization and automation initiatives.
  • Adapt agile development methodologies and establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure team performance and project delivery.
What you’ll bring to the team:-
  • Strong leading, managing, and developing a team, with a collaborative leadership style that encourages team growth and innovation.
  • Experience with 3D modelling software, ideally 3Ds Max
  • Competence in creating 3D assets pipelines and workflows using Python or equivalent.
  • Automation Architecture skills - Understand how to build automation pipelines.
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Effectively articulate technical strategies and decisions to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to maintain strong relationships with team members, other departments, and external partners.
  • Familiarity with neural nets, diffusion models, neural radiance fields et al.
  • Deep commitment to continuous learning and personal growth.
