【職務說明】

Responsible for managing the simple to complex projects assigned to the Project Manager. Complex projects can be designed by cross-divisional / cross-functional teams at global locations.

Responsible for the quotation of the Non Recurrent Engineering expenses, and managing the execution of the project(s) according to the agreed quotation.

Responsible for the quotation of the Project Schedule, and managing the execution of the project(s) according to the agreed quotation.

Driving overall product realization aspects of a project from the concept to End Of Life.

Assisting in negotiating customer contracts (including Design Services Agreement)； assist Supply Chain Project Management with vendor contract negotiations as required.

Organizing payment of NRE expenses.

Managing product costs through Jabil’s Work-cell and Design SCPM or agreeing on alternate mechanism for doing so, and communicating this information to the customer.

Planning Prototype and New Product Introduction builds for design projects, including organizing procurement activities and rework support as required.

Ensuring all non-design operations activities have been addressed:

o Manufacturing test development and execution
o Manufacturing line & Work-cell capable or building volume product
o Repair and warranty services (if applicable)

Ensuring all projects are managed in accordance with the Jabil Product Design Process.

o Develop, implement, and monitor overall project Risk Management Plan
o Defining/drafting the Statement Of Work.

Issuing project management updates to internal and customer management.

Functioning as main point-of-contact for managing Sustaining Engineering activities.
