Your tasks

  • Evaluating the current way of tracking PDP content readiness (PDP images, copy & pricing)
  • Setting up a reporting structure that helps make visible where pain points are in preparation to seasonal readiness
  • Collaborating with x-functional teams to embed and implement the new readiness tracking to involved teams
  • After roll out share mails updates to organization on status
  • Besides working on PDP content readiness you also own the creation of an onboarding template for the whole ecommerce team in Trello to ensure we have a proper and structured process across teams when new team members join
  • Supporting the teamlead of digital operations & projects with the preparation of key quarterly moments like for example "The All Hands"

Your skills

  • You have a degree in economics or a comparable education with a focus on e-Commerce or textile and apparel management and have already gained professional experience, desirable would be eCommerce (B2C) or fashion/lifestyle environment
  • You have strong operational management and excellent communication skills
  • You are able to work effectively in a team environment and are able to adapt to changing business needs and priorities
  • You bring expertise in optimizing operational work tracking and improving how people and functions work together through the creation of visibility of how work is flowing
  • You are known for effectively communicating and on driving alignment and accountability with team members across complex and ambitious topics.
  • You are able to work at the same time on a longer-term plan/scope while at the same time being in the detail of bringing to life an operational processes that is working effectively on a day-to-day basis.
  • You are known for adopting and managing change and encouraging innovation within the team
