We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse and E-commerce Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling warehouse, e-commerce, shipping fulfillment, stock keeping, and inventory management. Additionally, the candidate will be required to visit our stores to track stock, manage sales reports, and collect payment in various forms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of our warehouse and e-commerce channels.
- Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment and shipping to customers.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely restocking of goods.
- Conduct regular/weekly visits to our stores to monitor stock levels, manage sales reports, and collect payments in various forms.
- Develop and implement processes to optimize warehouse and e-commerce operations.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and make data-driven decisions to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage a team of warehouse and e-commerce staff to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3/5 years of experience in warehouse and e-commerce operations management.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with inventory management software and e-commerce platforms.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
